Mental Fitness Clinic

Mental Fitness Clinic Mental Fitness Clinic was established in 2015 by Dr. Neevon Esmaili, MD.

At MFC we provide mental health assessment and comprehensive treatment plans that can include psychiatric medication, psychotherapy, neuropsychological testing services, and support for lifestyle changes for a wide spectrum of mental illness. We are a group practice located in West Los Angeles providing psychiatry, psychotherapy, and neuropsychological testing to children, adolescents, adults, and

athletes of all levels. Our integrative approach emphasizes a mind and body wellness assessment and treatment plan. Treatment is tailored to the needs of each patient which can include psychotherapy, psychotropic medication, lifestyle changes, or a combination of each. All of our providers are board certified and licensed to practice in the state of California. We strive to make our clinic your space during your time with us, assuring you are safe, comfortable, and supported as you embark on your mental health journey. Our clinicians are here to listen and gently guide you through the use of up-to date evidence based treatments and the therapeutic relationship. We value human connection in each of our sessions thus we seek to assure this whether receiving in person treatment or through our telehealth visits. Our passionate administrative staff is here 13 hours a day to answer your call personally and help you with any questions or support needed.

Together, we can break the stigma

Mental health matters every day, but this May, let’s amplify the conversation! Spreading awareness transforms lives—it builds understanding, empathy, and safe spaces for everyone to feel supported. Together, we can turn silence into connection and stigma into strength. Let’s make mental wellness a priority for all.

Join us in fostering a kinder, more compassionate world. Share, listen, and support—because awareness is the first step toward change.
