Food gets such a bad rap and it seems to be the easiest reason that some of us use. Like a wise man I know used to say, "it's simple but not easy". It's simple to talk about getting the results you want, but it's not easy to do it. Stop blaming food for everything, take responsibility and you will start to get the results you crave/want.
