Don't Worry Zendo Michael Attie The Don't Worry Zendo is an informal, friendly and non-sectarian meditation and spiritual study group. All day sittings every month. Flores St.

Meditations every Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm. The following upcoming all day sittings are:

Retreats:
Interdependence Week Retreat at Don't Worry Zendo, 444 N. Tuesday evening July 5 thru Tuesday evening July 12. approx. daily schedule.
5-8AM, sitting/walking,
8-11AM, neighborhood walking and cafe sitting/breakfast meditation,
noon-1:30PM, sitting /walking,
1:30-2:30PM, satsang/dharma talk,
2:30-4:30PM, sitting/walking,
4:30PM, supper/free time,
7-9PM, sitting/walking. Schedule approximate, may also include yoga, kirtan, music listening, moon howling, haiku sharing and the lord knows what. Silence will be strictly observed. No charge, you buy your breakfasts, bring something for suppers. Usual all-day sitting schedule on Sunday (see home page on this website.) Commute or contact DWZ for limited stay over arrangements. Full time or part time attendance OK. Two hour parking Monday-Friday on Flores St. (Driveway space and a few guest placards on first come basis.) Unrestricted parking Flores St. on week-end and everyday on Rosewood (East-West Street North of 444 N. Flores St.) and on most of the streets running north of Rosewood
