Your protein habit is damaging your body

When you have a high protein intake with little to no fiber, you’re setting your body up to fail.
The problem with this style of diet is you begin to change the way your body actually breaks down food, and it becomes dangerous.
The microbes in your colon ferment and breakdown fiber, but with no fiber you start to mess with the way they work.
With no fiber to breakdown, but an abundance of protein in the system, the microbes make an adjustment and start to breakdown protein.
When there is a lack of protein in your diet, the microbes begins to look for work, or protein to breakdown.
