Every student deserves a safe space to learn, grow, and thrive. 🏫✨

We are thrilled to announce a powerful collaboration dedicated to tackling bullying and harassment among adolescents in schools across, Gujarat!

This vital initiative brings together local grassroots expertise and global clinical research, combining forces with:
🤝 The MINDS Foundation
🏥 GMERS Medical College and Hospital, Vadodara
🗽 Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (Global Mental Health Chapter), New York

Why this matters:
Bullying isn’t just a schoolyard issue, it is a critical public health concern. The mental health struggles triggered during adolescence can last a lifetime. Our goal is to deeply understand the prevalence of harassment in our schools and create lasting change.

Our 360° Approach:
👥 For Students: Turning bystanders into active allies and building a culture of empathy.

For Teachers: Equipping educators to spot early warning signs and support students effectively.

For Parents: Bridging the communication gap and destigmatizing mental health conversations at home.
By sensitizing our community, we aren't just reducing bullying, we are protecting the mental well-being of the next generation.

Stay tuned as we roll out this program and share insights from the field!

Laws change, but their identity and resilience don't. 🏳️‍⚧️✨
With the recent passing of the Transgender Rights Amendment Act 2026, we brought LGBTQIA+ community together for an in-depth workshop. Our goal? To break down the future implications of this law through the lens of SOGIESC (S*xual Orientation, Gender Identity, Gender Expression, and S*x Characteristics).

The 2026 amendments bring heavy bureaucratic and medical gatekeeping, which we know takes a massive toll on mental health.

To everyone navigating this anxiety: We see you, and we are building a safe nest for you. 🏠❤️

We are stepping up our mental health resources to ensure that no matter what hurdles the legal system puts up, you have an affirming, safe space to turn to.

A special thanks to Vikalp, SATHII and other collaborating organisations for steering this important changes.

Today, on , let's break down the myths and misconceptions surrounding it. 🎗️

Bipolar is not just mood swings; it's a complex mental health condition with extreme shifts in mood, energy, and activity levels.

It's not a choice or a character flaw, but a legitimate medical condition.

Yet, stigma and discrimination against individuals with bipolar disorder persist.

Let's use today to educate, advocate, and support those living with it. Let's acknowledge the spectrum of emotions, today and every day. 💚

Mental health is unique for everyone, so there's no "one size fits all" approach.

We all have different experiences and ways of coping. Let's avoid stereotypes and be kind and understanding.

What works for one might not work for another, and that's okay. Every experience is valid. 💚
