Tis’ the season for bugs and crud and colds and flu and COVID and Lawd knows what else!

I’ve done 3 telehealth calls in the last 24 hours for patients who needed herbal remedies and supplement recs for their colds/flus. Telehealth also available for stretch/exercise routines, ergonomic set ups, and more.

Did you know acupuncture works great for shingles pain and post-herpetic neuralgia?

Some of my most grateful patients have been shingles patients who were told they’d experience excruciating pain for weeks but were pain-free in days after a round of acu treatments.

Also included —a quick and easy breathing technique for your stress management because things are ca-ca-craaaaazy right now.

Hang in there everyone. I know we are all going through multiple stressful situations.
