You text us with extra questions. 
You bring up “one more thing” in your appointment. 
You ask us to actually explain your labs instead of rushing you out the door. 

And honestly? 
We’re happy to do it. 

Because healthcare was never supposed to feel transactional.

So yes… sometimes the days run long.
