- 4 Group Calls (2-Hour Group Zoom Call Every Tuesday Night)
- A 60 Minute 1-1 Session with me
- Homework
- Special guests and mini-events
- 1 Call with a group mate every week (or more if you want)
- Private Facebook Group Forum for Q&A and shares, monitored and guided by me
Goals: To recognize where you are, why you are there, and how to move towards where you want to be. Through teachings, group meditations and energy healings, homework, partnerwork, 1-1 coaching. (3-Day and 24-Hour Supported Water Fast optional)
