“Blake and Alex’s story began in 2014 in London, UK, where they met while Blake was completing his master’s degree. What started as a connection abroad quickly turned into something lasting, and just a year later they were married in 2015. Today, they live in New Jersey, where they’ve recently stepped into their newest and most meaningful role - being dads.

Their son Greyson arrived just two months ago through gestational surrogacy, working with Hatch and the Pacific Fertility Center of Los Angeles (PFCLA). For Blake and Alex, parenthood had always been part of the vision they shared. Over time, they realized there are many meaningful paths to building a family, and surrogacy felt like the right one for them - an intentional, slightly unconventional, and incredibly special journey.

The decision to pursue parenthood came from a deep desire to share their lives with a child and to experience the joy of loving and guiding someone as they grow into their own person. Now that Greyson is here, that love feels bigger than they ever imagined.”
