Let's get you signed up and registered for the Natural Changes Menopause Workshop. This workshop will be held in the evening at 5pm online on October 12, 2024. Bring your drinks and innerg but remember alcohol is a contributing factor to emotions that then triggers the spiral of other things.

I'm so excited to have you all in the room ready to get in front of these blissful, flaming, and moody changes per menopause. When you sign up for the workshop bring a friend or family member that is 35+. This is our opportunity to build a sisterhood from life after puberty.

Now I know we have a couple seasoned Vets who overcame menopause with and without help of a Naturopathic Doctor, so I welcome you to join us too. These women we can learn from and I would love to invite you to share your testimonies. In this space we will unpack the stagnant barriers blocking our meridian points. I want all of your pathways open so that you are able to give and receive on a higher level.

Cleansing the spirit man is very imperative to me because it allows deliverance so that God can deposit a good thing in our lives.

What can I bring into the event?

yoga mat, comfortable clothes, sandals, small blanket, small pillow, open mind and heart. Please hydrate upto 72 hours prior to event. Detoxing and releasing can drain the body.
