There’s something really special about seeing your work become part of someone else’s ritual ✨

The soft glow of candlelight, the elegance of stillness, the art of creating space just for yourself.

Seeing my Bamboo Lemongrass candle become part of this serene ritual… layered among natural light, fresh florals, and thoughtful details… is everything 🌿🕯️

Refined. Grounded. Effortlessly elevated.

This is what scent is meant to do—transform a moment into an experience.

“Needle Catching Light”, that's what I'm calling this lol.
It looked awesome, so I captured the moment.
Even the smallest things can make a big impact.
Never underestimate the power of a needle.

It’s a rainy week here in Los Angeles and we all know this person!

The one who says, “The rain is coming… I can feel it in my joints.”

And sure enough — a few hours later, the clouds roll in.

For years we’ve joked about it. Called it “getting old.” Laughed about the achy knees and stiff shoulders that seem to predict the weather better than the forecast.

But in many ways, this is Chinese medicine in its purest form.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the body isn’t separate from nature — it’s a reflection of it. The same forces that move through the sky move through us. Wind. Cold. Dampness. Pressure changes.

When the weather shifts, our bodies respond.

Especially if there’s an old injury.
Especially if dampness has settled into the joints.

What we call “arthritis” Chinese medicine has long understood as the body’s relationship to external elements. When the body is balanced and Qi flows freely, we adapt smoothly. When there’s stagnation or weakness, we feel it — sometimes before the storm even arrives.

And the beautiful thing is — we don’t have to just endure it.

Acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine, and bodywork help the body regulate, move stagnation, expel dampness, and strengthen what’s weak. They help restore harmony so the weather can change… without your joints announcing it first.

Maybe that “weather-predicting grandma” isn’t just aging.

Maybe she’s deeply attuned.

And maybe your body is, too.

If the rain is coming and your joints already know… let’s get you feeling balanced again.

It’s that time of year again… Cold and Flu season. Have you gotten a bottle of Qi Tonic yet? This is the time of year it flies off my shelves.
My Qi Tonic is base on the old folk remedy Fire Cider.
*Fire cider is an herbal tonic that has been used for centuries in traditional medicine for its wide array of health benefits. It is typically made by infusing apple cider vinegar with a combination of powerful ingredients, including garlic, ginger, horseradish, onion, and hot peppers. While fire cider’s taste may be bold and intense, its health-promoting properties have made it a popular natural remedy.
*Some of my patients take it on a daily basis. Some of my patients like to have on hold for when they are feeling ill.
*I have changed my recipe by juicing all of my ingredient’s together so you get 100% of their properties. Whatever can’t be juiced (horseradish, rosemary, parsley and thyme) I emulsify in the blender.
*As you can see in the second picture the old way and now the new way….
DM me if you have a questions on my immune boosting Tonic.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the concept of treating the root vs. the branch is fundamental to understanding how to address imbalances in the body.
The Root refers to the underlying cause, in this case Stress.
The Branch represents the symptoms that arise from the root of imbalance.
Stress related symptoms may include muscle tension, anxiety, insomnia etc.
Sometimes it is necessary to treat the branch first to relieve symptoms. But if we continue to only treat the branch… the root cause is cannot be resolved.
It is important to know in Chinese Medicine, we do take into account both the symptoms and underlying cause.
How are you dealing with your stress levels? Are you experiencing any of these symptoms?
My stress treatments can usually tackle both root and branch in one visit.
Treating the root with acupuncture.
Treating the branch with cupping and massage.

Serious about cupping.
Cupping is the ultimate form of myofascial release.
Wear your cupping marks with pride.
*If you don’t want the marks, moving cupping actually my preferred method of cupping. It feels like a reverse massage and melts your muscle tension away.
