The knowledge of the Veda’s was an oral tradition passed down from generation to generation from guru to disciple. Upanishads means “to sit down beside” because in ancient India when a student would learn from a teacher, they would sit down beside them at their feet and absorb their minds and intellect in the spoken words of wisdom.

is a sincere and dedicated yogi who embodies the wisdom and grace of bhakti. Thank you for teaching and sharing your realizations of love in relation to the path of yoga.

You’re a spiritual being trying to find happiness in the material world but it’s like a giraffe trying to find ease and comfort underwater. The giraffe won’t find ease and comfort until it’s on land where it belongs.

You might get a little moment of pleasure in the material energy but it won’t last because everything here is temporary and constantly changing.

And to the degree you’re attached to something in the material world is to the exact same degree in which you will suffer when it’s gone.

Spiritual beings belong in the spiritual world, and liberation from samsara, the cycle of birth and death, can be achieved in this lifetime.

Understanding you are not the body, the mind or your thoughts is the first step to this process of liberation or moksha.

So you might be wandering, if I’m not these things, who am I anyway?

Yoga philosophy teaches you are an eternal spirit soul.

With this knowledge, you can break the cycle of samsara and return to the spiritual world where you belong.

Embrace Truth and find Love.

One who is established in higher consciousness, unmoved by the allurements and distractions of the material world attains a perfect state of Samādhi, or Yoga.

Patanjali, the father of Yoga, says that this state of mind can be achieved through practice and non-reaction.

Knowledge of this over time with consistent practice and devotion becomes wisdom. Through wisdom absorption and through absorption love.

Love is the Highest.

Love is Divine.

Love is Union.

Love is Samadhi.
