Eleven Chakras "harness the energy of life"

Eleven Chakras "harness the energy of life" Our Chakras are the seven major energy centers of our bodies that control many of our life issues. I was taught a unique way to keep my Chakras balanced.

During my stay in India, I was mentored by a Swami in the arts of self-spiritual healing. I learned there are 11 major Chakras or energy centers in our bodies that control many of our life issues. I had only heard of 7 chakras, but because of the delicate nature of the other 4 chakras, they are rarely discussed and could only be cleansed by a trained healer. I am so grateful for his teachings and his blessings to share this profound modality with the rest of the world. It has completely changed my personal, physical, mental, and emotional health. During this exclusive session, you'll experience a guided hypnotic journey to align your 11 chakras so you too can become the best version of yourself. Ensuring your chakras are aligned is the key to personal, physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Jesse Mendez Cht.

❤️ THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT — UNLESS WE MAKE WORRY OUR WAY OF LIVING

Have you ever noticed how much of your life is spent worrying about things that haven’t happened yet?

We worry about relationships.

Money.

Our careers.

Our children.

Our health.

What someone might say.

What someone might do.

What might go wrong tomorrow.

And sometimes, even when everything is going right…

we worry about when it will end.

But here is a powerful distinction:

CARE IS NOT THE SAME AS WORRY.

Care says:

“I will do what I can.”

Worry says:

“I must control what happens.”

Care responds to what is actually happening.

Worry creates entire conversations about what might happen.

And that difference can change everything.

🌿 THE MIND LOVES TO COMPLETE THE STORY

Worry often begins with a simple discrepancy:

What I expected to happen…

versus…

what is actually happening.

We expect someone to call.

They don't.

We expect a relationship to develop a certain way.

It doesn't.

We expect a promotion.

It doesn't come.

We expect life to follow our plan.

It takes another direction.

And immediately, the mind begins talking.

“What if?”

“Why?”

“What does this mean?”

“What should I do?”

“Maybe something is wrong.”

The situation itself may be small.

But the inner conversation can become enormous.

That is where worry gains its power.

🧠 YOUR INNER CONVERSATION MATTERS

We speak carefully to other people because we know our words have consequences.

But how do we speak to ourselves?

That conversation is often completely unrestricted.

We replay old experiences.

Predict future disasters.

Judge ourselves.

Judge others.

Create imaginary conversations.

Relive painful moments.

And then wonder why we feel exhausted.

The mind can become so accustomed to worry that peace actually feels unfamiliar.

But unfamiliar does not mean impossible.

It simply means we have practiced something else for a long time.

🌊 STOP TRYING TO CROSS TOMORROW'S BRIDGE TODAY

There is a difference between planning and worrying.

Planning says:

“Tomorrow I will handle this.”

Worry says:

“I need to experience tomorrow's problems today.”

Planning organizes your actions.

Worry consumes your energy.

You don't need to cross a bridge before you reach it.

When the bridge arrives, you can look at it.

You can evaluate it.

You can respond.

But until then…

you are carrying a problem that doesn't exist in the present moment.

✨ SEE WHAT IS — NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED TO SEE

One of the most powerful ideas in these pages is the invitation to see things as they are.

Not as you fear they are.

Not as you remember them.

Not as you expect them to be.

Not as your previous experiences told you they must be.

But as they are right now.

Look at the person you love as though you are seeing them for the first time.

Look at your life as though you are seeing it for the first time.

Look at yourself without immediately attaching a story to what you see.

Something interesting happens when we stop naming everything:

The mind has less to fight with.

And when the internal conflict begins to disappear…

so does much of the energy we were spending on worry.

🌱 YOU DON'T HAVE TO STOP CARING

This is important.

Letting go of worry does not mean becoming careless.

You can love deeply without constantly fearing loss.

You can prepare without catastrophizing.

You can be sensitive without suffering over every possibility.

You can take action without mentally living through every possible outcome.

You can care…

without carrying the entire future on your shoulders.

And perhaps that is the real invitation:

Not to control life…

but to meet life as it comes.

❤️ THE PEACE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR MAY ALREADY BE HERE

Sometimes we spend so much time trying to create a perfect future that we completely overlook the life that is already happening.

We miss the conversation.

The sunrise.

The person sitting beside us.

The breath we're taking.

The opportunity in front of us.

The moment we are actually living.

Worry keeps asking:

“What if something goes wrong?”

Presence asks:

“What is here right now?”

That question can change your entire relationship with life.

So today, when you catch yourself worrying, pause.

Take a breath.

Look around.

And ask yourself:

“What is actually happening right now?”

Not tomorrow.

Not yesterday.

Not in my imagination.

Right now.

Maybe you will discover that this moment doesn't need to be fixed.

Maybe it simply needs to be experienced.

And perhaps heaven isn't somewhere we have to reach.

Perhaps it begins when we stop fighting the moment we are already in.

❤️ SEE WHAT IS.

❤️ RELEASE WHAT ISN'T.

❤️ AND LET THIS MOMENT BE ENOUGH.

❤️ EGO DISCONNECTS. LOVE CONNECTS.

We spend so much of our lives thinking about love…

But what if love isn't something we need to find?

What if love is something we need to allow ourselves to experience?

The pages you shared offer a beautiful metaphor:

Imagine existence as a vast ocean.

We often see ourselves as a single drop—separate, independent, protecting our identity, our possessions, our opinions, and our idea of who we are.

“This is mine.”

“This is who I am.”

“I need to protect myself.”

“I can't trust anyone.”

“I need to be in control.”

This is where the ego can create separation.

And separation can create fear.

🌊 THE EGO SAYS: “PROTECT YOURSELF.”

Love says:

“Open yourself to life.”

This doesn't mean becoming naïve, allowing people to hurt you, or abandoning healthy boundaries.

It means recognizing that love and vulnerability require openness.

And sometimes the greatest barrier to love isn't another person.

It’s fear.

❤️ A REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE

Imagine someone who has been deeply hurt in a relationship.

They finally meet someone wonderful.

But instead of allowing themselves to experience the new relationship, their mind begins saying:

“What if they leave me?”

“What if they hurt me like the last person did?”

“I shouldn't get too attached.”

“I need to protect myself.”

So they become distant.

They analyze every text.

They test the other person's love.

They avoid vulnerability.

Eventually, the very protection they created becomes the thing that prevents genuine intimacy.

The problem isn't that they don't want love.

They are afraid of what might happen if they actually let love in.

Now imagine choosing awareness instead.

Instead of saying:

“I refuse to feel because I might get hurt.”

They say:

“I can honor what happened to me without allowing my past to control my present.”

They remain discerning.

They maintain boundaries.

But they also allow themselves to feel.

That is the difference between living from fear and living from love.

🧘‍♂️ FROM THINKING → FEELING → BEING

Most of us live primarily in our heads.

We analyze.

We predict.

We replay the past.

We worry about the future.

We try to control what cannot be controlled.

But there is another way to experience life.

Feel.

Watch a sunset without needing to photograph it.

Listen to music without doing anything else.

Look into the eyes of someone you love.

Spend time in nature.

Laugh without worrying how you look.

Notice the warmth of the sun.

Be completely present for one ordinary moment.

You don't have to think your way into every experience.

Sometimes…

You simply have to be there for it.

🌱 THE DEEPER LESSON

The goal isn't to destroy your ego.

The goal is to become aware of it.

Your identity, boundaries, individuality, and discernment still matter.

But they don't have to become walls around your heart.

When fear is running your life, you are constantly asking:

“How do I protect myself?”

When love is guiding you, you begin asking:

“How can I fully experience this moment?”

And that shift can change everything.

Maybe enlightenment isn't about becoming someone completely different.

Maybe it's about remembering something that was already there.

You are not separate from life.

You are experiencing life.

So today…

Take a breath.

Put down the phone.

Look around.

Feel something without analyzing it.

Love someone without trying to control the outcome.

And for just a moment…

Stop thinking about being alive.

❤️ AND SIMPLY BE ALIVE.

🌿 WHAT IS KARMA—AND HOW DOES IT REALLY WORK?

We often hear the phrase:

**“Karma will get them.”**

Usually, we say it when someone has hurt us, betrayed us, lied to us, or treated us unfairly.

But what if karma isn't about **punishment** at all?

What if karma is about **patterns, consequences, and unfinished experiences that continue to shape us until we become conscious of them?**

In many spiritual traditions, karma is understood as the consequences of our thoughts, words, intentions, and actions.

But there is another way to look at it:

# # # 🔄 Karma can be the pattern we keep repeating.

Consider someone who constantly feels disrespected in relationships.

They leave one relationship and enter another.

Different person.

Same problems.

They feel ignored.
They feel unappreciated.
They become angry.
The relationship eventually falls apart.

Then it happens again.

And again.

They may say:

**“Why does this always happen to me?”**

But perhaps the deeper question is:

**“What am I bringing into these relationships that I haven't yet recognized?”**

That is where karma becomes an opportunity for awareness rather than punishment.

---

# # # 🧠 A REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE

Imagine a manager who constantly criticizes employees.

When someone makes a mistake, he humiliates them.

When someone succeeds, he takes the credit.

Eventually, his best employees leave.

He hires new people.

The same thing happens.

Eventually, he finds himself surrounded by employees who don't trust him, don't communicate openly, and only do the minimum required.

He might say:

**“Nobody wants to work anymore.”**

But the pattern may actually be reflecting his own behavior.

His actions created an environment.

His environment produced predictable responses.

And those responses reinforced his belief that people couldn't be trusted.

**That is a karmic cycle.**

Not necessarily because some mystical force decided to punish him—but because his repeated behavior created consequences that kept feeding the same experience.

---

# # 🔓 THE GOOD NEWS: THE CYCLE CAN BE BROKEN

The moment you become **aware of the pattern**, you have an opportunity to change it.

Instead of:

**“Why does this keep happening to me?”**

Ask:

**“What can this experience teach me?”**

Instead of blaming someone else:

**“What is within my control?”**

Instead of repeating the same reaction:

**“What would happen if I responded differently this time?”**

That is where transformation begins.

# # # 🌱 Awareness creates choice.

You can't always control what someone does to you.

You can't control the past.

You can't control other people's decisions.

But you can begin to control **your response, your behavior, your boundaries, and the meaning you give to your experiences.**

And when those things change…

**your future can change.**

---

# # # ✨ YOUR PRESENT IS BEING CREATED RIGHT NOW

Every decision doesn't just affect today.

It contributes to the person you are becoming.

The thoughts you repeatedly entertain influence your behavior.

Your behavior creates habits.

Your habits influence your relationships.

Your relationships influence your experiences.

And your experiences shape your future.

So perhaps the most powerful question isn't:

**“What karma is coming to them?”**

It's:

# # # **“What am I creating with my thoughts, words, and actions today?”**

Because karma doesn't have to be something you fear.

**It can be something you become conscious of.**

And once you're conscious of a pattern, you can choose whether to continue it—or break it.

🌿 **Break the pattern.
Change the response.
Rewrite the future.**

**Your next chapter doesn't have to repeat your last one.**

THE GOLDEN CALF: WHEN TRUST IS BROKEN, CAN LOVE REBUILD IT?

What happens when someone you love betrays your trust?

Can a relationship survive infidelity, dishonesty, broken promises, or a profound breach of faith?

And perhaps the most difficult question of all:

Can something that has been broken actually become stronger after it is rebuilt?

The story of the Golden Calf offers a powerful lesson about betrayal, forgiveness, reconciliation, and the incredible resilience of the human spirit.

We often respond to betrayal in one of two ways.

We deny it.

We minimize what happened. We make excuses. We blame ourselves. We convince ourselves that it wasn't really that bad.

Sometimes we do this because we are afraid of losing the relationship.

But there is a danger in repeatedly accepting behavior that destroys our dignity. Forgiveness does not mean allowing ourselves to continually be hurt.

The other extreme is to say:

"You hurt me. We're done. There is no forgiveness. There is no second chance."

And sometimes, especially when there is repeated betrayal with no genuine remorse or change, walking away may be necessary.

But what if there is genuine remorse?

What if the person who caused the damage truly recognizes what they have done?

What if both people are willing to do the difficult work of rebuilding?

That is where the story of the Golden Calf becomes so powerful.

The Golden Calf represented a profound breach of trust between the Israelites and God. A sacred commitment had been broken almost immediately after it was made.

From a human perspective, you might think the relationship was over.

But Moses didn't accept that conclusion.

He didn't simply walk away.

He didn't say, "They made their choice. Let them live with it."

Instead, Moses stood between the broken relationship and the possibility of reconciliation.

He fought for forgiveness.

He fought for hope.

And ultimately, the story leads toward something extraordinary: a second set of tablets.

Think about the symbolism.

The first tablets were whole.

The second tablets came after the breaking.

They represented rebuilding after betrayal.

And sometimes what is rebuilt after a devastating experience can become stronger precisely because it has been tested.

But there is an important distinction:

Forgiveness is not pretending the betrayal never happened.

Reconciliation is not ignoring the damage.

Love does not mean eliminating accountability.

Real healing requires honesty, remorse, responsibility, introspection, and change.

It requires both people to be willing to go deeper than the original problem.

Sometimes a relationship cannot be restored.

Sometimes the healthiest decision is to walk away.

But we should never assume that every broken relationship is beyond repair.

There are wounds that can heal.

There are relationships that can be rebuilt.

There are people who can change.

And there are moments when forgiveness creates a future that neither person could have imagined while standing in the middle of the pain.

Perhaps that is one of the greatest lessons of the Golden Calf.

Broken does not always mean finished.

A scar is evidence that something was wounded.

But it is also evidence that healing took place.

And maybe the deepest lesson is this:

We are not defined only by what happened to us.

We are also defined by what we choose to do after it happens.

If you have experienced betrayal, loss, disappointment, or a relationship that has been deeply wounded, don't rush to believe that your story ends there.

You may need boundaries.

You may need distance.

You may need accountability.

You may need a mentor, counselor, spiritual guide, or someone objective enough to help you see what you cannot see for yourself.

But don't give up on the possibility of healing.

There is an incredible resilience within the human spirit.

Sometimes we discover it only after everything we thought was permanent has been broken.

And sometimes the greatest chapter of our lives begins after the breaking.

The first tablets were broken.

The second tablets were rebuilt.

And perhaps that is the message we all need to remember:

What is broken can sometimes be rebuilt.

What is lost can sometimes be restored.

What has been wounded can sometimes heal.

And even after betrayal, there can still be hope.

Not easy hope.

Not blind hope.

But hope that is earned through truth, accountability, forgiveness, and the courage to rebuild.

Never underestimate the power of a human being who refuses to give up on healing.

And never underestimate what can happen when love goes deeper than the wound.

What has been broken in your life that you believe might still be worth rebuilding?

✨ Mind. Energy. Alignment. ✨

🌸✨ A Sacred Invitation for the Womb & the Soul ✨🌸

Beloved women,

There is a conversation your body has been trying to have with you.

For those who have been walking the path of fertility challenges — especially when there is “no medical reason” — I want to gently offer another lens.

Sometimes the womb is not blocked…
Sometimes she is protecting.

Trauma, heartbreak, ancestral stories, betrayal, loss — these experiences don’t just live in the mind. They imprint into the nervous system, the sacral chakra, the root, and the identity we unconsciously form in moments of survival.

And when a woman is in protection mode, creation energy can quietly withdraw.

Today, I am honored to share my new website — a sacred space devoted to womb healing, trauma-informed identity work, and feminine energetic restoration. A space for women who feel there is something deeper beneath their fertility journey.

This work is about safety.
It is about sovereignty.
It is about remembering who you were before the wound.

If your heart feels a soft yes…
If your body softened as you read this…

You are invited. 🌺

Your womb is wise.
Your energy is sacred.
Your timing is divine.

There comes a moment in life when we stop fighting ourselves…
When the warrior softens and the nurturer strengthens.
When logic bows to intuition, and intuition stands beside structure.

This is Sophia — the sacred union within.
The Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine no longer at war, but woven together as one radiant force.

Strength with compassion.
Power with wisdom.
Action guided by inner knowing.

When these energies unite inside you, you no longer chase wholeness… you embody it. ✨

✨ Feeling stuck, heavy, or unusually negative lately? ✨

It may not be who you are…
It may be stagnant energy or suppressed emotions asking to be felt and released.

When emotions are pushed down, the energy doesn’t disappear —
it settles into the body and chakras, showing up as:
• Irritability or constant negativity
• Emotional numbness or overwhelm
• Anxiety, fatigue, or heaviness
• Feeling “off” without knowing why

Your energy system holds wisdom.
And when it’s gently realigned, clarity, peace, and flow return 🌈✨

💫 A Chakra Alignment Session helps:
• Release trapped emotional energy
• Restore balance to your nervous system
• Clear mental and emotional fog
• Reconnect you with your natural state of ease

You don’t have to carry it alone.
Support is available — and you are worthy of feeling light again 💗

Let’s clear up a HUGE misunderstanding about the Law of Attraction. 🧲✨

If you’re sick…
If you’re broke…
If life feels heavy…

It does NOT mean you “attracted it” because you wanted it.
No one consciously chooses pain, illness, or struggle.

The Law of Attraction doesn’t respond to your desires.
It responds to your dominant emotional state and nervous system patterns.

From a mind-body perspective, we don’t attract from what we think…
We attract from what feels familiar and safe to the body.

If someone grew up in stress, instability, or emotional suppression, the nervous system may unconsciously stay tuned to survival mode 🚨
That state sends out a signal of contraction, not intention.

So illness isn’t a failure of positive thinking.
Poverty isn’t a moral flaw.
Struggle isn’t a spiritual mistake.

They’re signals.

Signals that the body learned how to survive before it learned how to receive 🌱

Healing and abundance don’t come from forcing gratitude or pretending everything is fine.

They come from:
✨ regulating the nervous system
✨ releasing stored emotions
✨ restoring coherence between body, mind, and energy

When the inner signal changes, the outer reality follows — naturally, gently, sustainably 💫

This isn’t about blame.
It’s about compassion, awareness, and alignment.

You are not broken.
Your system adapted.
And it can learn a new signal. 🤍

In quantum language, suppressed emotions don’t disappear — they compress. 🌀

Every emotion is energy carrying information ⚡
When we feel it, express it, and integrate it, the energy flows and returns to balance 🌈

But when an emotion is suppressed, the energy gets stuck in a loop 🔁
This is what we experience as “blocked energy.”

That energy often shows up in our chakras, not because chakras trap it — but because they are the meeting points of body, emotion, and consciousness ✨

🔥 Unexpressed anger → Solar Plexus & Throat
💔 Unfelt grief → Heart Chakra
🌱 Unspoken fear → Root Chakra

If energy can’t move through emotion, it finds another way out 👀
It may show up as:
• tension or illness in the body 🤍
• difficulty speaking your truth 🗣️
• people-pleasing, withdrawal, or emotional explosions 💥

A real-life example 👶➡️🧑
A child who learns early that anger isn’t safe to express will hold it in to stay loved.
That anger doesn’t disappear — it compresses.
Later in life, it may show up as digestive issues, fatigue, or feeling powerless in relationships.

✨ In a superconscious session ✨
The nervous system feels safe again.
The old emotional loop collapses.
Energy completes its cycle.
Chakras re-synchronize. 🌈

Healing isn’t about forcing release.
It’s about restoring coherence. 💫
