So close to completing my dissertation! Can't wait to share it once published. In the meantime, what do YOU think transactional intimacy means? Why do people consume it and how does it show up in your mind (marriage, pr*st!tution, etc.)?

I'm posting a raw, unscripted follow up video to chat about the issues with turning to the nography for guidance. Adult content is not a stand in for sex-ed. It is not a lesson about what you should be doing or a demonstration of what others want. Sadly, so many men and women of a variety of ages are confused about what they see and how to create satisfying smex lives. We all seek . It's human to want connection, but adult entertainment is the absolute antitheses of intimacy and connection. If we can't be vulnerable, curious and speak openly with our partners, we shouldn't be undressed with them. If we can't get out of our heads during intimate moments, how are we supposed to enjoy our bodies? Communication and are key.

I frequently listen to true crime shows and I've noticed how often those involved in horrific crimes have a history of assault and abuse, and are then shamed, blamed, and silenced by the very people who were supposed to protect them. Why does this pattern keep repeating? How would you respond to someone if they shared an experience like this with you?
