Unfortunately, I broke my fibula and couldn’t attend the EMDR seminar in Jan. But I will be going in July to New York to take the class. Very excited to do so !!!!

Something exciting has taken place while using the EMDR!! Folks have experienced a relief from traumas and shame. Their feelings have reduced and are less powerful when they focus on their individual issues. I’m so proud to be able to help people feel safer and more comfortable in their own skin. Perhaps, it might be a good intervention to experience.

I will be taking Part 3 of EMDR in December in Scott's Valley with Laurel Parnell as the instructor! I am very excited to resume my final part of this course. Very exciting work!!

This December I will complete all of my EMDR training under the teaching of Laurel Parnell. The workshop is near Santa Cruz and will be about 4 days of study. I look forward to completing my love and interest in this modality of EMDR!!

I am thoroughly enjoying working with EMDR with clients. If you have either BIG "Ts" or little "ts" please contact me and I will be there for you to begin helping you with these traumatic experiences. I also work in regular psychotherapy and do child play therapy.

EMDR work has been amazing. One can just come for sessions on deactivating the negative impact of trauma and work on those issues. EMDR therapy is not long term therapy. It is, however, a fantastic way to disarm and relieve all of the symptoms of holding onto traumatic events--even if they are little "ts" not BIG "T's."
