I have been in practice as a nutritionist since 1997 when I graduated with a master's degree in nutrition from Bastyr University (www.bastyr.edu) in Seattle, WA. As a nutritionist I take a non-dogmatic approach to health and wellness, incorporating elements of macrobiotics, raw foods and other alternative and complementary philosophies of diet. My emphasis is on a whole foods, plant based diet as

a primary tool for health improvement, along with the use of medicinal herbs and dietary supplements.
