Dogs remind us to stay present, lead with love, stretch when we need to, rest without guilt, and find joy in the simplest moments. They don’t worry about perfect poses or how they look on the mat. Sometimes the best practice is just being. 🐶✨

Our puppy playtime was a beautiful reminder that wellness isn’t just about strengthening our bodies, but also about building connections, and making room for a little more love in the world.

A HUGE thank you to Habitat Residences for hosting us and endless gratitude to our amazing food and wellness vendors for keeping our tummies full and our hearts happy. 🥑🌿💖

And if one of those adorable faces stole your heart, Pawsitive Beginnings is always welcoming inquiries from those interested in adopting one of their rescue pups! 🏡🐕 Every pup deserves a loving home, a safe place to land, and someone to share life’s beautiful moments with.

Here’s to practicing a little more presence, a little more compassion, and a whole lot more puppy love. 🐾❤️

As the sun begins to soften, so do we.

There’s something magical about a soundbath at sunset — as the sky slowly releases the day, we’re invited to do the same. To release. To exhale. To let the noise of the day fade into stillness.

A reminder that endings can be beautiful, too. That we don’t have to carry every moment of the day into the night. Namaste

We’re still floating on the memories of our final Floating Sound Bath of the summer at Opus LA.

A huge thank you to our incredible sound healers, Suze Q. and Ciara, for filling the water with beautiful vibrations and giving our residents a chance to truly slow down, float, and reset.

And behind every peaceful float is a hardworking team making the magic happen! From inflating every float to helping everyone safely board and off-board, we’re so grateful for the crew that keeps these experiences running smoothly.

To all of the amazing property managers who opened their community doors—and their pools—to wellness in the water: thank you for trusting us to bring these experiences to your residents. 🌊

And a HUGE shoutout to Miravel for making the evening an experience beyond the sound bath! Delicious food and drinks, a live violinist, a sketch artist, and so much more made this summer send-off one to remember. 🎻🍴🥂🎨

Here’s to wellness, community, and finding a little more peace… even when you’re floating in the middle of it all. Until the next one… keep floating.

There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching a brand-new community begin to find its rhythm.

A huge thank you to the team at 5420 Sunset for trusting us to help shape that experience through wellness. From last month’s Sound Bath—which completely exceeded our expectations—to another amazing turnout this time around, it’s been inspiring to see residents embrace these opportunities to connect, recharge, and show up for themselves.

It reminds us that wellness isn’t just an amenity—it’s what helps transform a building into a true community.

We can’t wait to continue growing alongside the incredible residents of 5420 Sunset and share many more moments of movement, mindfulness, and connection.

Here’s to building healthier, happier communities together. 🤍
