& just like datttt… i’m in my last academic year of midwifery school. 🥹🎉

mixture of sleepless nights, battling difficult emotions, seizures, sacrifices, self-doubt & even questioning if becoming a midwife was still what I wanted…

i have always been secure within my self when it came to my education. BUT MIDWIFERY SCHOOL??? it challenged me in ways i never expected… yet somehow, i am still here. i am learning. i am becoming. 🤎🩷🤍

we often spend so much time pouring into others that we forget to pour back into ourselves. 🤎

self-care does not have to be extravagant, it can be as simple as slowing down, taking deep breaths, & turning your bath or shower into a moment… just for you.

this is what i thought of while creating these soaps. every bar is handcrafted with intention because i believe wellness starts with the little things.

whether u are pregnant, in postpartum recovery, shopping for your little one, or simply choosing yourself today, I hope these soaps become a small part of your journey.
