Hands on Healing Institute Hands on Healing Institute is a Massage Therapy School founded on holistic practices of mind, body, and spirit integration.

We are a holistic massage therapy school based on the mind, body, and spirit connection to facilitate healing. We offer MT250 a 250 hour Massage Therapy Program that enables graduates to apply for State Certification as a Massage Therapist. We also offer our MT500 a 500 hour Massage Therapy Program which includes our MT250 and 250 additional hours of education in bodywork.

Alright, Fascia Friends. Do you even know about skin rolling, tho? This technique is incredible for breaking up adhesions in superficial fascia - the connective tissue that sits just underneath the skin.

Skin rolling is a form of osteopathy that can be easily learned and used as a stand-alone modality, or incorporated with any other structural massage style, whether deep tissue, MFR, etc. Students will learn when to roll, when to hold, when to pull, when to twist, and when to bend.

Let's get down to brass tacks. What exactly do you learn in our 550-Hour Professional Massage Therapy Program? Oh, just everything you need to become a competent and caring Certified Massage Therapist in the state of California. Our school is BPPE approved and our program meets the educational requirements set by the CAMTC - the California Massage Therapy Council, aka the folks who issue Certifications. 🤓📚

OPEN TO ALL! Learn to work with your body's connective tissue in a whole new way. This isn't JUST stretching what's tight, this is mindful, present movement that facilitates the release of myofascial restriction. Students will learn how to use fascia balls, chairs, walls and props to enhance their releases and unwinding experience.

This class is open to anyone interested! No certification needed. 7 CEUs are available for certified therapists. You will need a Yoga Mat or something similar for floor work.
