Maryland Bridge. Patient was missing an anterior tooth. Was not a good candidate for an implant. Did not want to shavd down other teeth for a traditional bridge. So we suggested a Maryland bridge which does not prepare the neighboring teeth comes with wings and gets cemented behind the teeth. Very conservative easy procedure with no injections no preparation needed.
