We finally got to meet in person! We met virtually in 2023, and FINALLY together in person, 2026! ❤️

I’ve watched Emily M go from supporting virtual rooms for several coaches to now hosting her own coaching classes and finding her sweet spot with music! Em has a unique ability to help people access their feelings thru music as well as holding gentle space for you to find your way back to the day in front of you.

From Vermont apples to Oregon apples & sunflowers… what a day. 🍎🌻✨

While part of our Birch & Stone retreat was happening together in Vermont, I got to bring a little bit of Oregon into the experience from Beilke Family Farm in Brooks, Oregon.

I walked our retreat friends through the sunflower maze on Zoom, wandered through the orchards, talked apples, flowers, fall traditions, recipes and shared a little slice of this beautiful farm from across the country. 💛

Different places. Same season. Same beautiful community. 🌻🍎

I loved getting to be part of the retreat in my own Oregon way — and I’m so grateful for these moments that remind me just how connected we can be, even from thousands of miles apart.
