Frost Nutrition Integrative dietitian passionate about women’s hormones, thyroid health, metabolism, and longevity.

Helping women understand the quiet physiological shifts in their bodies long before they’re recognized in conventional healthcare.

In my time in the ER and working with older adults in long-term care, there was always a turning point.

It wasn’t the diagnosis. It was when muscle loss set in. Because muscle isn’t just about strength or aesthetic. It’s your metabolic reserve.

When muscle declines, we see:
➝ blood sugar become harder to regulate
➝ higher risk of falls, complications and longer stays
➝ slower recovery

That’s when things tend to go downhill fast.

If you have PCOS or you’re in perimenopause, muscle is one of your greatest tools for supporting hormone balance. It acts as a glucose sink, helping your body actually use the energy you’re eating and improve insulin sensitivity.

This is why strength training isn’t optional. It’s your long-term investment in how you will recover and function as you get older… and it’s one of the most effective tools we have for PCOS.

It doesn’t have to be extreme.

I’m an integrative dietitian passionate about nutrition for women’s hormones, thyroid health, longevity, and the subtle physiological shifts many women experience long before they’re recognized in conventional healthcare.

At 27, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, hypothyroidism, and PCOS. Autoimmune disease was not unfamiliar in my family. My aunt passed away at 28 from complications of lupus, and my grandmother lived with the disease into her 80s.I never had the chance to meet them, but my dad often shared stories about the immense strength and resilience they carried through their lives.

When I received my own autoimmune diagnosis, it initially felt like my fate had already been genetically written. What began as fear eventually became the catalyst for my healing journey. Through targeted nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and deeper understanding of human physiology, I was able to reverse my conditions and rediscover my purpose by going back to school.

Now at 38, and feeling healthier than ever, my work focuses on helping women understand the deeper patterns shaping their health across the lifespan.

I’ll be sharing insights on hormones, autoimmune patterns, longevity, and the science behind supporting the body’s innate ability to heal.

If you’ve ever left a doctor’s office with “normal labs” but still knew something wasn’t right, you’re not alone.

I believe the body is wired to heal. Chronic illness is often protection, not failure.

Healing isn’t something to chase. It’s something to remember.

Stay tuned. Grateful you’re here!
