this was literally me….

so many times I can’t count.

send this to the friend who is leaping RN and save this and follow Britt Deanda | Kundalini Yoga & Spiritual Business Teacher

And every time I do the scary thing, post the thing, book the venue, let go of what I was holding on to that wasn’t good for me….

I go through a portal, and on the other side is so much joy, abundance and growth….

the quantum leaps often look like the hard decisions and the magic is getting your energy Intune and making moves!!!

I’m so excited to share my Fall resources to connect and support:

This 👇👇👇👇

after 15+ years of Kundalini yoga, my ego still sneaks in every once in a while around my work... it’s rare now, and I can feel it in my body and clear it fast, but it taught me how sneaky ego gets when you’re sharing your gifts 👀

these are the 4 signs I watch for, and the 4th one is the sneakiest because it usually looks like being helpful.

I wrote the whole thing as a 2 part series on my Substack, and Part 1 is all about sharing your gifts with more and more people without your ego taking over.

which sign do you catch in yourself most? no judgment, I’ve been in all of them 🤍

Comment GIFTS and I’ll send Part 1 straight to your DMs 💌

This Saturday is a new moon in Libra right on the 10:10 portal… and I’ve been feeling this one coming in hot so I wrote a whole Substack guide for you🌙

Comment 1010 to grab it

10 in numerology is the 1 of new beginnings with the 0 of infinite potential behind it. We’re closing out a 10 year, the Wheel of Fortune year, right before we step into 2027, an 11 master number year for intuition and spiritual leadership.

I did a whole deep dive on this one because I get a little hyperfixated ha. I love tying the astrology and numerology together with what I’m feeling intuitively. And as we head into Scorpio season the veil gets thinner, which is why so many traditions around the world honor our ancestors, angels and guides right now ✨

Inside my full guide:
🍃 my 10:10 bay leaf ritual
🌙 what this Libra new moon is asking of you
✨ my intuitive Kundalini yoga recommendations
📝 6 journal prompts
🧘‍♀️ the meditation I’m doing to call it all in that’s dropping Sat on the app STUDIO INTUNE ™ Kundalini Yoga aligned w/Astrology

Comment 1010 and I’ll send it straight to your DMs 💌

And if you feel called to go deeper

comment TEACHER for my Kundalini Teacher Training starting January 2027

with Re*****on Donovan teaching how to use kundalini and numerology 🤍 in your teachings and more on the 10 bodies and so much more ✨🎉
