Where do men actually stop their p*e?

Not at the tip.

A lot of people think men “hold it” somewhere in the p***s, but that’s not how it works. We actually have two urethral sphincters that control urine flow: one at the base of the bladder and another below the prostate.

Once urine has already traveled all the way through the p***s, stopping it is a lot harder.

Your body is doing the work long before it reaches the tip. That’s the anatomy most people never learn.

Check your l**e before you use it.

If you’re using it for a**l s*x, one ingredient I recommend avoiding is glycerin.

Glycerin can pull moisture out of the delicate lining of the a**l ca**l, increasing the risk of irritation, micro tears, and discomfort. It can also promote the overgrowth of yeast and bacteria in some people.

A good l**e should reduce friction, not create new problems.

Go check the label. If glycerin is near the top of the ingredient list, it may be time to find a better option.

If your er****on lasts more than 4 hours, put the razor blade down and go to the ER.

Yes, this story is real. And no, trying to fix it yourself is never the answer.

An er****on that won’t go away is called priapism, and it’s a true medical emergency. The longer it’s left untreated, the higher the risk of permanent tissue damage and erectile dysfunction.

In the ER, we have safe, effective treatments to relieve it. Please don’t try to drain it yourself.

Your embarrassment is temporary. The damage from waiting might not be.

Things I never want to remove from a p***s.

Unfortunately, every item in this video has been reported in a real medical case.

Objects inserted into the urethra can cause bleeding, infections, tears, scarring, and in some cases require emergency surgery to remove.

If something gets stuck, don’t try to fish it out yourself. Go to the ER.

What’s the wildest object you’ve heard of someone putting where it definitely doesn’t belong?

The ER does not need to meet your p***s before your toothbrush, carrot, or tuning fork does.

If it can get lost, splinter, tear tissue, or make me call a urology colleague at 2 a.m., it does not belong anywhere near your urethra.

And yes, I have more items for this list.

Part 2 tomorrow.

Choosing the right l**e matters more than most people realize.

Just because something feels slippery doesn’t mean it’s safe.

Skip the shampoo, conditioner, lotion, baby oil, Vaseline, and cooking oils. They can irritate sensitive tissue, increase the risk of infection, or damage condoms.

Water-based l**e is a solid choice, but you’ll likely need to reapply. Silicone-based l**e lasts much longer and is my go-to for a**l s*x. Just don’t use it with silicone toys.

Your l**e should make s*x better, not send you to my office.

Did I leave any off the list?

Alcohol belongs in a glass, not your butt.

Yes, alcohol can be absorbed through the re**um much faster than when you drink it. That’s exactly why butt chugging is so dangerous.

Rapid absorption can lead to alcohol poisoning before your body has a chance to process it. On top of that, you’re risking tears, inflammation, infection, and damage to the re**um and colon.

The same goes for vodka-soaked tampons. They’re not a shortcut. They’re a serious health risk.

Some internet trends just aren’t worth trying.

The best position to p*e might surprise you.

As a urologist, I’m team sit down.

Sitting helps your pelvic floor relax, which can lead to a stronger stream, better bladder emptying, and less post-p*e dribbling. As a bonus, it also cuts down on splashback and keeps your bathroom cleaner.

Sometimes the simplest changes can make the biggest difference.

Do you p*e standing or sitting?

How much semen is actually normal?

Most people ej*****te between 1.5 and 5 milliliters, which is roughly one-third of a teaspoon to one teaspoon.

If you’re hoping for more volume, staying hydrated, getting enough zinc in your diet, and waiting a few days between ejaculations can all make a difference.

More isn’t always better, but knowing what’s normal can save you a lot of unnecessary worry.

Did that number surprise you?

Most people are way off when they guess the average p***s size.

The average is about 3.6 inches when flaccid and 5.2 inches when erect. Around 95% of people fall within a pretty normal range.

That’s why comparing yourself to what you see online isn’t a great measuring stick. Social media and p**n are not reality.

Did those numbers surprise you?
