California state is working on what Schedule III medical ma*****na means for the state of california. I voiced the following: 1. No taxation on prescription medications, this now qualifies. 2. Access for patients to get medication at school and nursing homes. 3. Funding clinical research, we are past lab testing. We need more real world data now. 4.physician representation on the DCC to represent patient needs. Time for change is now!

Shame on the h**p businesses trying to market HHC as a natural, plant-based product.

Let’s be clear: commercial HHC is typically manufactured through chemical conversion. Calling it “natural h**p” is misleading and undermines an industry that has built its reputation on plant-based wellness.

HHC products are also primarily designed for intoxication—not health or wellness.

Responsible h**p professionals must demand transparency, higher standards, and meaningful self-regulation. If we fail to hold bad actors accountable, their practices will tarnish the legitimate, thoughtfully formulated products in this industry.

HHC has no place being marketed as natural, plant-based wellness. Full stop.

Great case 25-year-old With Seizures on three different antiepileptic medications maxed out dosages pending surgery because he’s still having seizures. Is currently two months Seizure free with a lower clobazam dose on low dosages of phytocannabinoids. If he had been placed on Epidiolex, he would’ve had side effects and much larger dosing strategies. And no one would have pulled him down on the Clobezam, which was causing a lot of havoc.
