The ribbon comes off. 🖤

We opened our doors in Clarksville in June but we never got to properly celebrate. On Friday, October 30, we finally do it with the city, with our community, and with you.

🥂 There will be bubbles, giveaways, great vendors, and swag bags for the first 20 to book a contrast on 10/30!

And there will be moments you’ll wish you hadn’t missed.

🖤 Four months open. Two cities we call home. One long-overdue party.

✂️ Ribbon cutting at 10 AM, then a celebration all day
📍 1501 Main Street, Suite 30, Clarksville

Save this post. Bring your people. Don’t miss it.

Every big thing starts as a small, brave idea between friends. 🖤

Ours started years ago, when two friends believed recovery should feel like community, not a chore. That idea became a studio in Norton Commons. Now, after a long road and a lot of faith, it’s made its way across the river.

Clarksville, you waited for us and cheered us on through every delay. On Friday, October 30, we finally get to thank you in person.

Join us for our official ribbon cutting at 10 AM, and stay to celebrate with us all day.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making room for us. 🤍

Back from fall break and running on airport coffee? 🧳☕️

Puffy everywhere, a stiff back, and an inbox you’re avoiding. 💭 We can help with two of those.

Normatec compression gets things flowing after all that sitting. Cryo takes out inflammation and resets the rest. Thanks to 𝓶𝓲𝓬𝓱𝓪𝓮𝓵𝓪 for showing everyone how it’s done.

➕ Members, it’s Plus-One October. Bring your travel buddy on us, at either studio.
