Recovery Café Lowell’s Garden Club is in full swing! 🌱

Members came together to clean up the outside area and plant lots of fresh vegetables that we’ll be using in future home-cooked meals. It’s amazing to see our community growing, literally and figuratively!

Thank you to everyone who helped make the garden beautiful and productive. We can’t wait to watch everything grow! 🌼🥕🍅

Earlier this week, Recovery Café Lowell staff Lowell joined Ray of Light Recovery Cafe on a trip to Indianapolis, for Recovery Café Network’s Rendezvous, a conference celebrating the Network’s 10 year anniversary.

The RCL team led a breakout session on Families in a Recovery Café & got the opportunity visit We Bloom Recovery Café in Indianapolis!

We are so grateful for the opportunity to network with so many other Recovery Cafés & celebrate our shared values of Radical Hospitality and Loving Accountability 🧡

Riverbend - formerly Lowell House is facilitating a CCAR Recovery Coach Academy on May 4 through May 8. If you're interested in attending, please use the application link in the post below!

We invite you to join us for the Recovery Coach Academy, a five-day intensive training designed for individuals who want to support people in or seeking recovery from substance use disorders. This training is a key step toward obtaining the Certified Addictions Recovery Coach (CARC) designation, and spots are limited.

Recovery Café Lowell will be hosting a Harm Reduction Training with Riverbend’s outreach team on April 24th 🧡

Members will have an opportunity to learn how to recognize and respond to overdoses, get trained in Narcan use, and deepen their understanding of harm reduction practices

We had an amazing time at DIY Lowell’s Chili Cook-Off! 🌶️

Two teams of our Recovery Café Lowell members brought their creativity and heart to the table, preparing their very own chili recipes and competing alongside dozens of local businesses.

It was a wonderful day filled with collaboration, connection, and community spirit. Moments like these remind us what recovery is all about—showing up, supporting one another, and celebrating the journey together. 💛

We’re so proud of everyone who participated and grateful to be part of such a vibrant and supportive community!
