Whether we spend all day at a desk, what feels like all day in our commute, or too much time scrolling and swiping through our 📱(𝙣𝙤 𝙟𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩), 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧. The terrible posture that our mother warned us about is coming back to bite us. 🥴
