We often tell mothers to trust their intuition in pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. But intuition isn’t something that suddenly appears in labor.
It’s a skill.
A relationship with yourself. A voice that grows clearer the more it’s listened to.
Learning to notice what you need, to pause before outsourcing decisions, and to ask for support without apology are all ways intuition is strengthened long before labor begins.
Birth simply asks you to use a skill you’ve already been practicing.

We are a small, home-based midwifery practice, serving Lubbock and the surrounding area. Prenatal care, labor and birth, postpartum, all of it happens in your home, with the same midwife by your side from your first visit to your last.

If home birth has crossed your mind, even quietly, you do not need to have it all figured out yet. Curiosity is enough to start.

We offer free consults for families who want to ask questions, see if it feels right, and meet us before deciding anything.
