Completing one distance doesn’t automatically prepare you for the next one.
Moving from a 50K to a 50-miler changes the demands placed on your body:

More time on your feet
Greater fueling requirements
More accumulated fatigue
Higher weekly training demands
A greater need for back-to-back capacity

Choose the race you want—but build the body and training consistency that race requires.
Comment your next goal race.

Your Achilles can tolerate flat running and still be unprepared for climbing.
Hills increase the amount of work performed by your calf and Achilles. If your training recently added more elevation, longer climbs or additional weekly mileage, the tendon may be receiving more load than it can currently tolerate.
The solution is not automatically complete rest.
A better approach may include:

Temporarily reducing elevation
Maintaining tolerable running
Rebuilding calf strength
Gradually reintroducing climbing

DM “ACHILLES” and I’ll send you my free Achilles guide.

The proof isn’t in what I say.

It’s in what my clients do six months after they finish.

The runners I coach don’t just have a good 12 weeks.

They have a good year.
And then another.

The system holds because the education holds.

You’re not just buying 12 weeks.
You’re buying the framework you use for the rest of your running life.

DM “ELEVATION” and let’s map yours.

That’s the whole game.

Not a PR.
Not a buckle.
A healthy year of running.

When the goal shifts from performance to durability, the performance follows.

12 weeks with me isn’t about pushing you harder.

It’s about building the body and system that lets you push safely for years.

DM “ELEVATION” for the three program tiers.

The clients who transform aren’t the ones who work hardest.

They’re the ones who work smartest.

Every transformation I’ve watched has the same fingerprint:
→ not more mileage
→ not more workouts
→ better decisions

When to push.
When to hold.
What to load.
What to skip.

The runners who close the gap between injured and durable are the ones with a system that decides for them when they can’t decide clearly.

DM “LIGHTS” for the Traffic Light framework I teach every client.
DM “ELEVATION” for the full system.
