A moment of appreciation

Taking a moment to reflect on life and how far I have come as a licensed professional counselor and as a human being. Gratitude is not hard to practice because of a lack of being grateful, sometimes it is just hard to take it all in when you feel like there is so much more you want to do. So, I want to sit in this moment of gratitude and share it with you.

Hey lotus warriors 🪷

I’ve gotten a few questions lately, so here’s a quick update: Hidden Lotus is still very much active, and I’ll also be continuing my work with Life Stories Counseling. Right now I’m accepting new clients.

If you prefer private pay, you can contact me through Hidden Lotus. If you’d like to use insurance, you can schedule with me through Life Stories Counseling. My current openings are Tuesday through Friday at 10am, 11am, and 12pm, and I am not offering evening appointments at this time. I provide telehealth therapy for clients ages 8 and up who are located in Virginia only. If you or someone you know has been considering counseling, feel free to message me here for more info.

The very first Lotus Warrior was placed here and has made its journey elsewhere so now these little travelers will do the same. Care is put into each individual stone when it is made to show a human cares enough to create each one, reimagine the possibilities of how much care would go into creating hope for someone else 🪷
