EVENT UPDATE: WALK FOR RECOVERY CANCELED DUE TO EXTREME HEAT

Out of concern for the safety of our attendees, vendors, volunteers, speakers, and community partners, we have made the difficult decision to cancel today’s Walk for Recovery at Miller Park due to the extreme heat.

We know how much heart, time, and preparation has gone into this event, and we are so grateful to everyone who planned to join us.

We are currently exploring the possibility of rescheduling the Walk for Recovery for a later date and will share updates as soon as they are available.

Thank you for your understanding, flexibility, and continued support of recovery in our community.

Together, recovery is possible.

It’s National Recovery Month!

Recovery is real. Hope is powerful. And every recovery story has the power to inspire change.

Throughout September, CVARR celebrates the strength of those in recovery, the people who walk beside them, and the communities working together to make healing possible. We can’t wait to share the power, possibility, and hope of recovery all month long!
