Yes, I spoil my MUVA Mamas a little bit. But I also love including siblings and partners whenever I can.

A new baby doesn’t just change the life of a mother - it changes the entire household.

Big brothers become protectors.
Big sisters become helpers.
Partners step into new roles.
And mothers are reborn, too.

Sometimes a small gift is simply my way of saying:

Me gently explaining to my first-time mama client that her lotus flower was literally designed to stretch during labor 😭🌸

The human body is actually insane.

Like ma’am… that baby is not coming out the size of a blueberry anymore. 😂

Birth is powerful, wild, sacred, transformative, and honestly a lil gangster.

Women’s bodies deserve WAY more respect than they get lol 😂

Finding a quality and trustworthy physician should be of the highest priority when it comes to your prenatal care (if you choose to receive such).

You deserve a doctor that will listen to you, align with your needs/desires, and act on genuine integrity. Many women do not receive the care they deserve because they were either forced to settle with a doctor their insurance chose for them, they failed to do research, or they simply did not know how to advocate for better care.

Core Memory Unlocked: That moment changes you. 🥹

One second you’re sitting there nervous, curious, overwhelmed, and maybe even unsure…

…and then suddenly you hear a tiny heartbeat that somehow makes everything feel REAL.

I still remember hearing my baby’s heartbeat for the very first time during my first pregnancy. Nothing prepares you for that feeling. It’s like time pauses for a second.

No matter how grown my babies get, that sound will always live in my heart. 🤍

Let’s talk about it…

How did something as natural as pregnancy become something women feel disconnected from?

This bond between mother and baby should be the foundation…

But too often, it gets replaced with fear, monitoring, and outside voices being louder than her own.

And then we wonder why so many women feel lost in their own experience.

As doulas, we don’t GIVE women power.

We remind them that it never left.

If you support mothers in any capacity, this matters.

Being a mother to a boy child is an experience lol

Tell me why my toddler (4) was minding his business, I was minding mines and he randomly decided to ball his fist and knock the mario coins out of my t***y?!!

Then has the audacity to ask if I'm still his friend... he apologized shortly after. 🌚
