Yesterday, we were grateful to sponsor the Sun Prairie Memory Café at SPUMC, creating a welcoming space for individuals experiencing changes in memory, along with their family members and friends, to gather, share conversation, and enjoy time together.

We treated guests to delicious goodies from Greenbush Bakery to enjoy and because today is National Dessert Day, we had an extra sweet reason to celebrate early🍩

We’re thankful for opportunities like the Memory Café that bring people together, create meaningful connections, and remind us of the importance of community. Thank you for the opportunity to show support! 💜

💚 World Mental Health Day 💚
Today is a reminder that caring for our mental health is just as important as caring for our physical health.
Mental well-being can look different for everyone. Sometimes it means taking time to rest, getting outside, doing something you enjoy, or simply giving yourself space to recharge. Other times, it means reaching out—to a friend, family member, neighbor, or professional—for connection and support.
It’s also a good opportunity to check in on the people around us. A simple “How are you doing?” and taking the time to truly listen can mean more than we realize.
On World Mental Health Day, may we continue working toward communities where conversations about mental health are met with compassion, understanding, and kindness.
