Clear Vision = Better Learning 👓📚
It’s almost time for school to be out for the summer! Make sure to schedule an appointment for your littles so that they will be prepasred for the upcoming school year!
Good vision is essential for classroom success—from reading and writing to using digital screens. Yet many vision problems in children go undetected, sometimes even being mistaken for learning difficulties.
School screenings aren’t enough. According to the American Optometric Association, they often miss issues like eye coordination, focusing problems, and astigmatism. A comprehensive eye exam checks how well a child’s eyes work together, track, and stay healthy overall.
Recommended exam schedule:
⦁ 6–12 months: First exam
⦁ 3–5 years: At least one exam
⦁ 6–18 years: Before first grade and every year after
Adding an annual eye exam to your back-to-school routine can help your child learn, focus, and thrive!
