This is a conversation that comes up daily with my clients. I always get asked, “Jennie what do you think about collagen powders”?

50 is coming up soon! Yeah, I’m counting down because it’s a milestone worth celebrating! 🎉

Don’t get me wrong, I have my days like most people (maybe more than I can care to admit) but this is something I’m committed to working on. Lemme tell you what I know for sure:

You can have the best serums. The most expensive supplements. All the cosmetic procedures you “think” you need….

But if you don’t believe you’re worth taking care of? None of it will work.

I mean NONE of it.
Mindset isn’t just a buzzword — it’s the foundation. 💭

When you genuinely believe you’re beautiful and worthy, you stop punishing your skin (and body) and start nourishing it. You stop chasing perfection and start celebrating what’s already there. 🤩

There’s nothing wrong with treating a symptom.

But if that’s the only approach…
you’ll stay in the cycle.
