Our accommodating community offers private rehabilitation suites and skilled nursing services to address a variety of medical complexities. Located just off the coast of Lake Erie, Madison has access to Downtown Madison Village, Lake Health Emergency Rooms, and Powderhorn Golf Course. Our 125-bed

facility boasts long-term care and skilled nursing capabilities as well as memory and behavioral care. Madison has seven private suites and semi-private, triple, and quad rooms. Our care team works diligently to ensure all our residents feel healthy, happy, and productive. We have a busy activities calendar and a full recreation schedule, including shopping outings and movie theater visits.

Today we would like to give a special shout-out to Cayleigh, one of our amazing housekeepers here at Madison Healthcare!

Cayleigh consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our facility is clean, welcoming, and comfortable for our residents, families, and staff. Her hard work, dedication, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed.

As a token of appreciation for her exceptional cleaning and commitment, our Kitchen Manager, Troy, surprised her with a special gift. It’s team members like Cayleigh who help make Madison Healthcare such a wonderful place to call home.

As CNA Week comes to an end, Madison Healthcare would like to once again express our heartfelt gratitude to all of our amazing CNAs. Your compassion, dedication, and hard work make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day, and we are truly thankful for everything you do.

Today wrapped up our celebration with Witches, Princes, and Potions Day! Our nurses put on their witches’ hats while our CNAs wore their sparkling tiaras, bringing plenty of fun and laughter to the facility. Staff enjoyed magical potions, love spells, and a day filled with smiles as we celebrated the incredible team that provides exceptional care to our residents.

Thank you to all of our CNAs for your commitment, kindness, and the positive impact you make every day. We appreciate you not just during CNA Week, but all year long. ❤️🧙‍♀️👑✨

Madison Healthcare had a great time today celebrating Neon Jack-o-Melon Day! 🎃🍉
We didn’t take a lot of pictures because we were too busy enjoying the day with our amazing CNAs. To show our appreciation, management cooked breakfast for both our night shift and day shift teams. We also enjoyed a delicious baked potato bar before finishing the day with our Jack-o-Melon carving contest!

🌙💙 CNA Week continues at Madison Healthcare! 💙🌙

Saturday night, our amazing night shift CNAs received a special surprise to show our appreciation for all they do. A big thank you to Grab and Go Pizza for helping us treat our hardworking team to some delicious pizza! 🍕 In addition, our night shift heroes received a few gifts as a small token of gratitude for their dedication and commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Working through the night is no easy task, but our CNAs continue to show up with compassion, teamwork, and a smile. We are grateful for each and every one of you and all that you do to make Madison Healthcare a wonderful place for our residents.

Today was Superhero Day at Madison Healthcare as we continued celebrating our incredible CNAs during CNA Week! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

Our CNAs are true everyday heroes, providing compassionate care, support, and comfort to our residents each and every day. To show our appreciation for all they do, we treated them to one of their favorite lunches—a delicious taco bar! 🌮

The smiles, laughter, and teamwork on display today were a reminder of just how special our CNA team is. Thank you for your dedication, hard work, and the difference you make in the lives of our residents every day.

Another Friday means another adventure for the residents and staff of Madison Healthcare!

We loaded up the bus and headed out for a fun-filled day. Our first stop was Geneva-on-the-Lake, where we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Eddie’s Grill. After lunch, we did a little shopping and made a stop at the Pucker Up shop for some sweet treats and souvenirs.

But the adventure didn’t stop there! We headed over to Lakeshore Park for some ice cream and a chance to enjoy the beautiful weather. While we were there, we got to visit our friend Doug and even spotted him hard at work mowing the park grounds!

Days like these remind us that it’s the simple things—good food, great company, and a little adventure—that create lasting memories. The smiles, laughter, and stories shared throughout the day made for another wonderful outing for our Madison Healthcare family. ❤️🚌🍦☀️

🎃🔪 Nursing Home Week – Day 2: Friday the 13th Fun! 🔪🎃

Day two of Nursing Home Week at Madison Healthcare was filled with spooky fun as we celebrated our Friday the 13th theme! Staff and residents enjoyed a frightfully delicious Halloween-themed cupcake creation that brought plenty of smiles and excitement throughout the day.

We would also like to extend a huge thank you to Applebee’s for providing an amazing lunch for our team. Your generosity and support helped make the day extra special, and we truly appreciate you helping us celebrate the incredible staff who care for our residents every day.

From spooky treats to great food and even better company, Day 2 was a wonderful success. We can’t wait to see what the rest of Nursing Home Week has in store!

🌺👻 CNA Spooky Week – Day 1 at Madison Healthcare! 👻🌺

Here at Madison Healthcare, we kicked off our first day of CNA Spooky Week as we honor and celebrate all of our amazing CNAs for their hard work, dedication, and the excellent care they provide to our residents every single day.

Today’s theme was Hawaiian Ghouls Day! From tropical ghosts to Hawaiian scarecrows, our staff had a great time showing off their spooky island spirit. 🌴🎃

Our CNAs enjoyed a delicious lunch followed by refreshing afternoon mocktails, giving everyone a chance to relax, laugh, and enjoy some well-deserved appreciation.

Thank you to each and every CNA for the compassion, commitment, and heart you bring to Madison Healthcare. We appreciate everything you do for our residents and families!

Today, as we celebrate World Ocean Day, the team at Madison Healthcare is proud to support ocean conservation by making a donation to the ocean foundation. As a special reminder of the importance of protecting our oceans, we received beautiful ocean-themed bracelets and keychains.

Our oceans play a vital role in the health of our planet, and even small actions can make a big difference. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a cause that helps preserve marine life and keep our oceans healthy for future generations.
