This one means a lot to me.
I recently became a certified teacher for Anatomy Trains Structural Integration.
It's difficult to put into words what this represents—the years of learning, practicing, assisting, teaching, asking questions, and continuing to deepen my understanding of the body and this work.
But this journey has asked for more than professional growth.
There has been a lot of personal growth along the way, too. Learning to trust myself. Becoming more comfortable taking up space as a teacher. Being willing to keep showing up, even when something felt difficult or uncertain.
Structural Integration has shaped so much of how I see the body, movement, and our capacity for change. And somewhere along the way, learning this work became teaching it.
I am deeply grateful for the mentors who have supported me, believed in me, shared their knowledge so generously—and challenged me to step beyond what felt comfortable. Those challenges weren't always easy, but they were some of the most meaningful parts of this journey. They asked me to grow.
And maybe that's part of what makes this mean so much to me.
Change asks us to explore beyond what is already familiar. It's often there that something new becomes possible.
I'm equally grateful for every person who has trusted me to work with them. You have been some of my greatest teachers, too.
I'm incredibly proud of this milestone—and deeply grateful for the journey that made it possible.
It feels, in so many ways, like just the beginning. ❤️
