When daily life has centered on survival, personal interests, dreams, and even simple preferences can become harder to hear. As the mind and body begin to heal, women can reconnect with what brings them joy, which relationships they want to nurture, and who they want to become.

Healing can feel a little more possible when you’re surrounded by people who care and given the space to truly slow down.

At Harmony Hill Ranch, our program supports women in ways that touch everyday life, including better rest, less stress, clearer thoughts, and renewed hope. Through counseling, animal and fishing therapy, yoga, meditation, and time in the peaceful setting of the ranch, each woman is met with care and encouragement as she works toward recovery.

More than anything, we want every woman who comes here to know she has a place where she is seen, supported, and never alone in the process.
