Our Sweet Memories neighborhood celebrated the warm August sunshine by creating fresh warm citrus cinnamon rolls, complete with freshly squeezed oranges and lemons. 🍋🍞

The delightful aroma of orange and cinnamon filled the air while bringing notes of citrus and a refreshing atmosphere that made every bite feel comforting, sweet, and full of home goodness.

Frank and Olive Carrington used to routinely come to this exact Olive Garden on their weekly dates, and we're making it happen again! 💚🍽️

it was so sweet to hear their stories and memories of those special nights. We even celebrated, Olive's birthday at Olive Garden!

The food was tasty and the time spectacular. 😋

Our residents had a fantastic time during their trip to Nathan’s Dairy Bar!

Olive and Franklin were extra excited to have their family members join them. Sharing this special summer tradition with their loved ones made the day even more memorable!🤩☀️

What a fun stop on our adventure! 🎾🌍

A huge thank you to Shan from FOX Rehabilitation for visiting us and teaching us all about the US Open and the hand coordination it takes to participate.

We had so much fun getting active with tennis-themed exercises that challenged our own coordination, strength, and motor skills. 💪

To wrap up our adventure, everyone decorated their own tennis ball, creating a personalized therapy tool that we'll continue using during future Occupational Therapy sessions.

Thank you, Shan, for sharing your knowledge, energy, and creativity with us. We had a ball! 💙

One of our favorite therapy dogs, Bella, visited bringing her gentle spirit, wagging tail, and comforting presence to our neighborhood! 🐶 🐾

Everyone always looks forward to spending time with Bella because of her friendly nature and loving interactions, and sometimes even practicing new tricks like high-five! 🖐️

As we head into August, our new theme takes us to the U. S. Tennis Open in New York. 🗽 🎾

We started the afternoon off strong with a lesson on rackets that ended with balloon tennis!
