Hannah Cefalo of Well Balanced is a guest Yoga Manitou teacher who specializes in bringing restoration to bodies who work outdoors, sit or stand for long periods, or generally use their bodies to work hard! She is hosting a workshop June 4 at Smokebrush Farm in Manitou Springs that is ideal for workers in landscaping, construction, food service, farm work, etc! Highlighting Yoga Manitou teacher Kara Birky Stutzman of Dancing Goose Therapeutics. She facilitates the Yoga Manitou teacher collective to bring support and comradery among Yoga teachers which enables us to offer more classes to the community! She teaches on Monday evenings at the new Commons space at the St. Andrew's Community Center, Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort on Tuesday evenings, Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center on Saturday mornings, and soon will be adding early morning Yoga classes at the Manitou Springs Pool & Fitness Center! She works as a brain coach and loves to highlight how the brain and body work together.

Free to attend Gathering of Wellness on Sun 4/26 at the Manitou Art Center! Learn about the local alternative health community, and connect with local teachers, guides, and practitioners! At 2pm come meet the Yoga Manitou teacher collective and join in for a fun sample class!
