💕One of my greatest joys in life is to continue to study and share the teachings from my teacher Hansa! She has touched the yoga world in so many profound ways and deep gratitude I have for her is often not translatable into words. ✨Today is Guru Pūrṇimā! A day of reverence for the lights that guide us on our paths!✨

✨In yoga, the Guru (teacher) Śiṣya (student) relationship holds the highest value for one walking the path to enlightenment! Not to give away our personal power, but for those who have explored the path before us to enlighten the blind spots for us along the way.

✨I’m forever grateful for my own Guru Hansa-ji, and am honored to share what continuously learn from her!
