Mornings are hard enough without your nervous system going haywire.

Meet Rise & Shine Oxymel - our newest sweet, tangy addition to your morning ritual.

We combined for botanical allies, traditionally used for nervous system nourishment and digestive wellness: skullcap, oatstraw, nettle, and blue vervain.

We let these beauties infuse in organic apple c***r vinegar and honey creating a deliciously tart, herbal oxymel that’s equal parts, sweet, sour and botanical goodness.

You can take it straight or add a splash to your morning lemon water for a refreshing ritual before the day’s shenanigans begin.

Great people. Great food. Great w**e. 🙈

Now the wreaths we made with the assistance from flowers and the moon are hanging in the shop for the foreseeable future - bringing us luck and all the good vibes and memories from that night.

From the dreamlike wisdom of mugwort and blue lotus to the comforting embrace of passionflower, catnip, and chamomile, these plants remind us that slowing down isn't the same as standing still.

What if, instead of fighting the changing seasons, we allowed ourselves to change with them?

Grab a warm cup of tea, settle in, and explore Moving with Autumn: Water, Emotion, and the Plants That Hold Us.

In Western esoteric traditions and some folk-medicine cosmologies, Autumn is associated with the element of Water. Water speaks to ebbs and flows, to being in between, and to transition. Autumn embodies that in-between state: it bridges Summer and Winter, carrying us from one season into the next. M...
