Today our residents enjoyed a wonderful Memorial Day afternoon out on the patio filled with delicious barbecue burgers, great music, laughter, and sunshine! 🇺🇸🍔🎶

We’re so thankful for the opportunity to celebrate together while remembering and honoring the brave men and women who served our country. It was a day full of smiles, good food, and sweet memories with our Oakmont family ❤️

Rain drops didn’t stop our fun today! ☔🍟 Our residents enjoyed a trip to McDonald’s followed by sweet chocolate Frostys from Wendy’s. Mrs. Diane definitely gave her approval to the watermelon refresher at McDonald’s — and we think she may have found her new favorite drink!

❤️😊 Days filled with good food, laughter, and smiles are the best kind of days.

Today our residents took it back to the good old days — sitting around, shucking corn, swapping stories, and proving they can still outwork the younger generation! 🌽😂

There may have been more talking than shucking… and a few “quality control” taste tests along the way! Around here, we call that teamwork. ❤️
