Before our doors even open, we’re already moving for a mission! ✨

This weekend, our team got to lead the warmup for “Dodge for a Cause,” a fantastic dodgeball tournament raising funds to support healthcare access for underserved families in our community.

Wellness belongs to everyone, and we are so incredibly honored to already be making an impact and connecting with the amazing people around us. Our mission is to embed ourselves in the fabric of this community. True wellness extends beyond our studio walls, and supporting the health and care of our neighbors is a top priority for us.

Hey Manvel! Fire + Form Pilates is officially building its founding squad, and we are looking for instructors who bring the heat.

If you thrive in a high-intensity, beat-driven environment and know how to push clients to their absolute limits, we want you on the mic. We don’t just teach classes; we create an experience. It’s gritty, it’s luxurious, and it’s a total vibe.

Our instructor auditions are happening next weekend we are looking for instructors to lead our signature classes, including:

🔺Hot Mat Pilates
🔺Barre
🔺Yoga

Many people mistake it for Pilates because of the machine and the low-impact nature, but the vibe, the intensity, and the results are entirely unique.

Traditional Pilates is about length and core stability, Lagree is about absolute muscle fatigue. It combines the mindful precision of Pilates with the high-intensity sweat and strength training of bodybuilding.
