Center Street Community Health Center We are a community-based healthcare center that provides primary health care, dental, optical, and behavioral health/counseling services to all ages.

Federal Tort Claims Act
Center Street Community Health Center as well as our other approved sites and services are Federal Tort Claims Act deemed facilities. Health Center Program grantees under 42
U.S.C. 254b are also deemed as Public Health Service employees under 42. U.S.C. 233(g}-(n}. This Health Center receives HHS Funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health related claims, including malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

Every Thursday from June 4 to August 6, kids 18 and younger can receive a FREE 7-day meal bag!
