Our crew recently tapped into their inner creativity during a clay art session, crafting their own version of traditional Mexican Alebrijes (spirit animals/fantastical creatures). In folk art, Alebrijes represent transformation, imagination, and individuality. Seeing the group slow down, focus, and pour their personalities into their creations is a powerful reminder that healing can be hands-on, expressive, and deeply grounding. 🦅🐯🧩
