🌟 Congratulations to Norlite’s June Teammate of the Month: Kristina Allan, LPN! 🌟
Please join us in celebrating Kristina Allan, who has earned Teammate of the Month for the second time during her Norlite tenure!
Kristina has been an LPN at Norlite since September 2021, and she truly represents what it means to be a great teammate. She is dependable, hardworking, kind, and always willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
What makes Kristina so special is that she does not simply notice problems — she looks for solutions. Whether she is helping with resident care, cleaning, organizing, arranging things on her shift, or supporting her fellow teammates, Kristina consistently finds ways to make Norlite better.
She has built wonderful relationships with so many of our residents, and it is clear in everything she does that she genuinely cares about both the people who live here and the people she works alongside. She welcomes new teammates with a smile, keeps an upbeat attitude, and brightens the day of everyone around her.
Kristina has also faced a tough road with her health, yet she continues to show up with heart, strength, and a smile that brings comfort and joy to our residents. Staff know that when Kristina is on their hall, teamwork is going to be strong and the atmosphere will be positive.
Kristina, thank you for lifting up those around you, caring deeply, and showing us all what true teamwork looks like.
