Big shoutout to our neighbors at Auto Select Weston! 👏

While our Astia Health staff was setting up a new table, she realized we were missing a few tools to get the job done. She popped over to Auto Select for a quick assist—and their team couldn’t have been more helpful. They immediately lent us what we needed and sent her back ready to finish the job.

We really appreciate the kindness, teamwork, and community spirit. It’s always great to have local businesses supporting each other like this.

March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month — and early detection saves lives.
Colorectal cancer is one of the most preventable cancers with routine screening, yet too many cases are caught too late because symptoms often don’t appear in early stages.
The American Cancer Society recommends screening beginning at age 45 for those at average risk — earlier for individuals with higher risk factors.
Awareness starts with conversation. As a community, we can:
• Encourage preventive screenings
• Promote preventive care discussions
• Foster a culture that values overall wellness
