One of the most valuable leadership lessons Iâve picked up from Scripture isâŠ
Vision should precede ex*****on.
Before you build, define what youâre building.
Before you lead, define where youâre going.
Before you create a strategy, become clear on the outcome youâre pursuing.
When you begin with a clear vision, todayâs decisions become easier to evaluate.
You can identify what aligns with your purposeâŠ
what distracts youâŠ
and where adjustments need to be made.
That doesnât eliminate challenges.
But it gives those challenges context.
For me, this reflects a biblical pattern of living with intentionality rather than simply reacting to circumstances.
The clearer your vision, the more focused your process becomes.
Donât just work hard.
Work toward something youâve intentionally designed.
Because people who know where theyâre going make different decisions than people who are simply hoping to arrive somewhere.
If you had complete clarity about the life youâre building, what decision would you make differently today?
